At Toshi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it at an authorized location. You will receive a notification once your refund or exchange is processed.
